Course Synopsis

On completion of this one-day workshop, participants will gain greater insights and have a better understanding of the Human Resource functions in an organization. They will see how these functions when effectively delivered, facilitates departmental effectiveness, and culminates towards organizational performance and growth.

Course Trainer

Mr Nicholas Sim

Mr Nicholas Sim is an accredited Senior Human Resource Professional, Trainer, Facilitator, and Coach. He has a Bachelor degree in Human Resource Management from Curtin University of Technology (Australia) and a Master degree in Business Administration from University of Birmingham (UK). He is also a full-ACTA certified Trainer. He conducts numerous public and client in-house workshops and courses in employment laws, union relations, and HRM topics for various institutions. Nicholas corporate career includes having been Divisional Director (HR) with Nanyang Technological University and Vice-President with OCBC Bank. Prior to these, he was with SIA Engineering, Royal Ahold-Kerry, Varta Batteries, and Singapore Island Country Club.
