This one-day program is designed to train human resource personnel and other hiring managers in proper procedures for recruiting, interviewing and selecting the best possible candidates to fill openings within their organizations.

2. Knowing the Do's and Don'ts of conducting an interview
  -What relevant information to communicate to the job applicant
  -Apply appropriate interview techniques to gather information from job applicant
  -Administer appropriate tests to evaluate the applicants
  -Control the interview process
3. How to make effective hiring decisions
  -Evaluate data gathered at interview to select preferred job applicants
  -Conduct reference checks to verify information communicated by job applicants
  -Confirm with hiring manager on selection of candidate
  -Prepare package to offer to preferred candidate
  -Close the recruitment and selection process
