The RESULTS programme is a collaboration between Singapore Management University (SMU) Academy, a champion in Lifelong Learning and Universal Stage, a consultancy-based training firm to offer practical, industry relevant and impactful content to drive transformative performance for growing enterprises.
Present Module
The contents of a presentation, regardless of its depth or relevance, is only as good as the ability of the presenter to truly connect with his or her audiences. The PRESENT module aims to bridge the final gap for those who are ready with their presentation content to convey the intent effectively, on a one-to-one basis or to a larger pool of people.
Programme funding is available for SMEs-sponsored employees and individual learners who are Singaporeans and Singapore Permanent Residents. Companies who sponsor their employees for the course may apply for Absentee Payroll via the SkillsConnect System. Please refer to brochure for funding eligibility.
Course Objectives
The RESULTS tracks possess several hallmarks that set them apart from the other programmes:
(1) The power of integration to enable holistic learning
One of the main differentiations is the integration of strategy development at the planning level with operational perspectives in people, service and sales. This alignment provides the learner with a holistic view of inter-related areas that drives enterprises growth.
(2) Consultancy-based training to increase rate of learning
Inter-related modules are developed and sequentially arranged within each of the learning tracks to enable step-by-step learning via tools and templates with the aim to achieve higher learning rate within a shorter time span.
(3) Progress measurements and monitoring to drive implementation
Clear indicators for success enable the learners to check on their progress and stay focused on the targets. It helps the learner to determine whether they are on track and intervene when changes are needed.
Who Should Attend
Business owners, management, key personnel and those who wish to gain a comprehensive coverage of the key areas driving the growth of enterprises should attend.
